What Happens Next

Once we receive your reservation request:

Our team will review availability
Session times may be adjusted to allow for proper car cooling, maintenance, and scheduling needs
We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your final session assignment, insurance option, and next steps
You will receive guidance to help you prepare for your rental day

On-Event Check-In Requirements

On the day of the event, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your assigned rental session begins. Our staff will:

Conduct a brief driver orientation and safety discussion
Verify your driver’s license
Review insurance details and collect payment
Review and complete your Waiver and Track Car Rental Agreement
Help you set up Dragy and Lapole so your session is fully recorded and preserved

This process ensures you are comfortable, prepared, and ready to enjoy your rental experience safely and confidently.

Please make sure to sign the Speed Waiver for this event. It is required for all drivers, passengers, and spectators.
